Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.
You may cancel your order within 7 days after placing it. If cancellation is needed, please send a cancellation request through our customer service channels. We will process your order within 2–5 business days after receiving your order. Specific times may vary depending on product type and stock availability.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. At the same time, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within seven business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at apivenza.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping cost. The specific cost should be based on the courier company you choose. If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, and the consumer is not at fault, the consumer shall not bear the shipping cost.

Return procedure

Request: Submit a return and refund request through the Order Centre, stating the reason for return.

Assessment: We will complete the assessment within 1–2 business days. After approval, we will provide you with the return address.

Return shipping: Send the goods back to the specified address and keep the tracking number (must be sent within 7 days).

Inspection: We will complete the inspection of the goods within 1 business day after receiving the return.

Refund: If the inspection is successful, we will initiate the refund within 1 business day and refund the amount via the original payment method.
