Shipping Policy

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 7 business days after the order has been placed. Delivery will arrive between 10–20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologise for any delivery delay that may occur due to customs clearance or inspection, or transport delays caused by the carrier's service.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use that number to track your order at www.17track.net.

What are your shipping rates?

We have a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make necessary changes to your order. To know more about our destination list, please contact us at service@apivenza.com.

How can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are allowed only on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, –7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at service@apivenza.com to request such changes.

Can I deliver to an address different from my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Some goods will be shipped directly from our local warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories in the USA, Canada and Australia.
